1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using AcePath Tutors services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
AcePath Tutors provides educational tutoring services for students. We offer both one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions in various subjects.
3. Payment
Billing is done at the end of each month, and the amount owed depends on the number of lessons taken that month.
4. Cancellations
We understand that tutoring isn't the right fit for every family, and cancellations are handled with flexibility. If you feel this program is not the best fit for your child, simply visit the Contact section at the bottom of our website (next to Privacy and Terms and Conditions), fill out the form, and note that you would like to cancel. We will reach back out to you as soon as possible to schedule a parent meeting where we'll go over the cancellation process and details.
5. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for missed classes. During your consultation meeting, a schedule is set based on how many lessons you'd like per month, so that number is agreed upon in advance. If you would like to change the number of classes you receive per month, you're welcome to do so by filling out the Contact form before the upcoming month begins. However, refunds for already scheduled or missed classes are not provided.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information, attend scheduled sessions on time, and maintain respectful conduct during all interactions with tutors and staff.
7. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and use your data.
8. Limitation of Liability
AcePath Tutors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
